Thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, stay-at-home orders have left a lot of people with a great deal of unexpected free time. Some are using it to learn a new language, get in shape, or work on fix-it projects around the house. And then there’s Tony Goldmark, who has redefined “superfan.” He has taken the time to arrange all 23 (so far) films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe into chronological order – by each individual scene. Yes, you read that right. Each and every MCU scene is a separate entry. Check it out below: Well nerds, I fuckin’ did it. Took me…

A sad and heroic tale has come to its expected – but no less tragic – end. Authorities in Venice Beach, California, have recovered the body of Shad Gaspard. The actor and former WWE Superstar had been missing since Sunday, May 17. On that day, Gaspard had taken his family to the recently reopened beach for a day of fun in the sun. However, things soon turned dire as he and his ten year old son, Aryeh, were pulled into a rip current. A lifeguard noticed their struggle and immediately went into action. He says they were about 50-75 yards from…

Ah, the DC film universe. Some fans love the movies, while others believe they’re pretty terrible. But regardless of which side of the debate your opinion falls into, there’s one thing we can all agree on: behind the scenes, everything is a gigantic mess. The wrong people are making the wrong decisions left and right. Suits are meddling with writers and directors, changing stories, retconning, and recasting. One such (possible) recast has been rumored for a while, and that’s bringing in Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan as Superman. Fans are divided on this possibility, for two main reasons. One,…

Sting has had a legendary career – from his days as a bleach-blonde, neon-painted muscleman; to his rebirth as a dark, brooding, Crow-inspired vigilante, he’s been one of wrestling’s biggest stars since the 1980s. He had many great rivalries over the years. The most notable was with Ric Flair (and, by extension, the rest of the Four Horsemen), as well as The Road Warriors, Scott Steiner, Vader, and Mike Rotunda (better known to today’s fans as the father of Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas). Despite being courted by Vince McMahon, Sting stayed loyal to WCW  from 1987 until the company…

The wrestling world is perpetually full of rumors about which superstars from the past might be returning. Some are still in prime fighting form, like CM Punk or John Cena. Others (I’m looking at you, Undertaker) are past their golden days, but popularity and nostalgia keep fans wanting more. The latest scuttlebutt has none other than the Rated R Superstar, Edge, eyeing an in-ring comeback. It would be pretty shocking, seeing as he hasn’t competed since 2011. If you were watching at the time, you’re sure to remember his unexpected and emotional retirement. If you’re a newer fan, here’s a…

File this under “I didn’t need to know that, ever, but OK.” Along with the myriad lists coming your way as a retrospective of the year that was 2019, the good folks over at Pornhub are adding one more to the pile. I mean, haven’t you been wondering since January who would be the characters most parodied in adult films? Yeah, me either. Nevertheless, there is indeed a top 5 list for this oddly specific category. And apparently, superheroes have truly taken over every facet of the movie industry. The official list is as follows: The Avengers  Harley Quinn  Teen…

Last week, wrestler CM Punk broke the internet when he appeared on FS1’s WWE Backstage. Fans had been hoping for this turn of events, but none of us were holding our breath. After all, when Punk (neé Phil Brooks) abruptly left the company in 2014, it was with no shortage of bad blood. He had been outspoken about Vince McMahon and WWE doctors’ lack of concern for the health of their athletes. McMahon responded by firing Punk on his wedding day. Punk subsequently talked smack against the company to anyone who would listen, and swore he would never wrestle again.…

Way back in 2001, future wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin stumbled upon the world’s easiest way to be annoying. With a single, monosyllabic word – “What?” – delivered in the middle of an adversary’s sentence, everyone’s favorite heel could be douchey, dismissive, and disrespectful. Nearly twenty years later, it’s that last one that’s garnering attention. You see, fans latched onto the simple response, and have been using it ever since to show their dislike or boredom for a character or their current angle. As soon as that person stops to take a breath, the…

Face/Off is getting a facelift. According to a new report, the 1997 action hit is due for the remake treatment, courtesy of Paramount Pictures. It will be written by Oren Uziel, and produced by Neal Moritz and David Permut. A director has not yet been announced. The original starred a pre-insanity (as far as we knew, anyway) John Travolta and Nicolas Cage. The film’s premise was thoroughly bonkers – an FBI agent and the criminal he’s obsessed with trade faces, and explosions ensue. It sounds like something out of a soap opera. (I’m not entirely sure it hasn’t actually happened…

Forbes magazine has released its annual list of the highest paid actors in Hollywood. But if you expected the number one name to be Robert Downey Jr. or one of the other Avengers stars, we’ve got a surprise for you. Although several Marvel stars are indeed on the list, the number one spot belongs to none other than Dwayne Johnson. The erstwhile Rock reportedly banked $89.4 million between June 1st 2018 and June 1st 2019. Thanks in large part to The Fate of the Furious and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Johnson beat out every other ridiculously popular man in…
