The sequel to 2015’s Ant-Man has just started filming according to Marvel Studios and with it comes an official synopsis and tongue in cheek video. https://youtu.be/Ew7hvsnSbAY It appears from the synopsis that the events of Ant-man and the Wasp will take place after Captain America: Civil War and before Avengers: Infinity War. Have a read below: In the aftermath of “Captain America:  Civil War,” Scott Lang (Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father.  As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne (Lilly)…

Zack Snyder’s Watchman was a film that divided viewers. On the one hand it brought the once “unfilmable” graphic Novel to life in a visually stunning reinterpretation and on the other it either omitted or changed things that fans wanted. Making a profit and scoring a healthy 65% on Rotten Tomatoes it’s unclear as why there wasn’t any further sequels lined up. Given that there is a new series on the way, it seems odd that there is this standalone film. In an interview with Cinemablend, Jackie Earle Haley, who played Rorschach has hinted at why there were no sequels. He suggests…

Justice League will arrive in cinemas in just over three months. Most movies go through these re-shoots, but usually it’s for the odd shot here and there. A series of set photos have emerged that appear to show where these re-shoots will take place, and they show new locations. Given that there’s not much time until release it’s remarkable that there appear to be brand new scenes being produced. However, as the Comic Con trailer showed a lot of the battle/action scenes seem to be the Zack Snyder style. As it’s Joss Whedon directing the re-shoots, it’s easy to speculate…

The Comic Con trailer for Justice League was informative and exciting, yet for a change didn’t spoil everything. There was the voice-over from Steppenwolf that said: “No protectors here. No lanterns. No kryotonian! This world will fall, like all the others” Everyone has been talking about the Lantern mention but there is a new theory that the mention of Kryptonian could mean something more than Superman. Along with this mention showing Steppenwolf knows of the Kryptonians, there are two shots from the trailer that could suggest the return of a Kryptonian. The final shot of the trailer shows Alfred having…

Jared Leto has been speaking to Entertainment Tonight Canada about whether or not he will be reprising his role for the upcoming Suicide Squad sequel. The way he answered the question was coy to say the least. Comparing it to that of the first rule of Fight Club where members do not talk about Fight Club. He said: Talking about Joker is like talking about ‘Fight Club’: unless you want to gargle your testicles, it’s probably better to leave it. He’s liable to jump out of the cupboard and just start having fun. As it stands there has been no real…

Having recently shown a teaser trailer of Avengers Infinity War at D23 this past weekend, a potential leaked image has emerged on Reddit. The leaked photo appears to team up the two New York based heroes Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch). This photo seems to confirm a recent interview at the D23 Expo, where it was revealed by Joe Russo that they: “There’s a really great chemistry there. I mean, they both have a proximity to each other, if that’s a hint that I can give? But anybody who’s a Marvel fan will know that they both reside within the same…
