In a bit of random news, it seems that Marvel wants Beyonce for a role in an upcoming film. It hasn’t been stated what film (or when even) but The Daily Star is reporting that the interest is definitely there:

“We would love to have Beyoncé on board, almost certainly as a newcomer to the screen from Marvel’s existing catalogue of comic book characters,” an unnamed senior executive at Disney told The Daily Star.

As with any rumor, take this with a grain of salt. If it’s true, however – which role do you think that Beyonce could play? Keep in mind, she does actually have acting experience and Marvel has been pretty on point with their casting decisions. It’ll be interesting to see if the rumor is indeed true or not.
