Empire has unveiled two new images of Batman and Superman for their upcoming issue. The first is the cover of the magazine and the second features Cavill, Affleck and crew member working on the set. Check them out below:

Here’s some of what Zack Snyder had to say in the issue:

“There is just this gravitas to Batman,” Snyder said. “He is operatic.”

He went on to add:

” In this movie, everyone has split into different directions as to how they feel about this alien,” Henry Cavill, who plays the character, explained. “Some people love him, some hate him. Other people fear him. Is he a tyrant?”
