According to Jon Schnepp, who just released the documentary The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened?, George Miller will be directing ‘Man of Steel 2’.
Scnepp didn’t reveal where he heard the rumor but he definitely said it with confidence and coming off of the success of Mad Max: Fury Road – it could make sense. Zack Snyder will probably be too busy to direct because he’s handling the Justice League film franchise.
Also, it doesn’t hurt that Miller was originally supposed to direct DC’s first Justice League movie that eventually fell apart back in 2008.
