Replica Prop Forum has posted a full-size Hulkbuster Iron Man suit on their Facebook page. The suit was designed by Extreme Costumes and stands 9 feet 6 inches tall. According to them, the suit took 1600 hours of work to make! Judging by the look of it, that sounds about right.
