It was previously revealed that we would be seeing an appearance from Jason Momoa’s Aquaman in the upcoming Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice but today we have confirmation that two other rumoured characters will be making their big screen debut.
As part of EW’s latest issue, writer Anthony Breznican reveals that not only has he seen the film, but also confirms the presence of both Ezra Miller’s Flash and Ray Fischers Cyborg. Breznican reveals that ‘There are other characters, like Aquaman, The Flash, and Cyborg who turn up in kind of smaller roles, more cameo oriented.’.
It has long been rumoured that these characters would appear in this film as a way of preparing the audience for them before 2017’s Justice League: Part One but it’s nice to have a confirmation. What role the they will play in the film remains to be seen, but it sounds like it will be minimal, possibly appearing in the final fight we glimpsed in the second trailer, you know the one. We’ll find out for certain when film is released March 25th.
What do you think? Are you excited to see these characters on the big screen? When do think we’ll be treated to a Green Lantern appearance? Let us know below!
