Production has now begun on the third entry to Thor franchise and the Seventeenth in the MCU as a whole, Thor: Ragnarok, and thanks to the film’s star, Chris Hemsworth, we have our first look from the set.
Hemsworth posted video from the film’s Australian set, and while it doesn’t really show anything it is nice to know that filming is currently underway. It’s likely we won’t be seeing anything official for a while yet, so this may be the closest we get:
The film will see Chris Hemsworth’s Thor joining forces with fellow Avenger, Hulk, played once again by Mark Ruffalo as they attempt to defeat the forces of Hela, portrayed by newcomer Cate Blanchett. The film is sounding like it will be a cross between the ‘Ragnarok’ and ‘Planet Hulk’ story arcs.
Thor: Ragnarok will be hitting our screens November 3rd, 2017.
