Marvel’s recently announced at Comic-Con that Ghost Rider will be appearing on the TV series Agents of SHIELD. Now we have our first look as a teaser for the character’s new appearance has been posted online.
Entertainment Weekly has shared an exclusive video showcasing Ghost Rider’s introduction. The video opens with a fiery rendition of the Agents of SHIELD logo, followed with the text exploding and a final look at Ghost Rider’s flaming skull before it rushes towards the camera.
Ghost Rider was announced to premier in the series in the form of Robbie Reyes, with Marvel’s Jeph Loeb saying:
“Season 4 will unquestionably be the series’ biggest, most ambitious story yet, and it all begins with the introduction of one of our greatest legacy characters in Ghost Rider. When the Spirit of Vengeance rides into S.H.I.E.L.D., it’ll change everything.”
This variation of Ghost Rider is quite different than what most fans are used to, as he drives a car instead of a motorcycle, and he’ll be driving it with the show’s Season 4 premiere on September 20, 2016.
