Bleeding Cool has reported something various reporters heard at Comic-Con: Geoff Johns has been promoted to President of DC Entertainment.
He will also remain Chief Creative Officer as his presidential title is merely added on top of his current job responsibilities. Johns will also report directly to President Diane Nelson, who’s Chief Content Officer of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.
This promotion hasn’t been officially announced by DC, but it has been stated by Bleeding Cool, ComicBook.com, and confirmed at a recent visit to one of the Justice League sets.
Hopefully this move will be for the better of the ever-growing DC film franchise.
