John Cleese To Appear In Justice League?

    By Martin LisNovember 28, 2016

It seems the dark world of DC’s Cinematic Universe may be getting a man of lighter comedy involved, as Monty Python star John Cleese may be making an appearance in the world of flying gods and bat-dressed vigilantes.

Last week, it was shown that Batman v Superman set photographer Clay Enos began following the iconic comedian on his official Twitter page.

While it may appear to be a stretch, it wasn’t until about a week later that Cleese ended up following Ben Affleck and Zack Snyder himself.

The screenshot was provided by Batman News fan Dennis Lamb through his Twitter handle @Tehsupercow:

This isn’t the first occurance of something like this becoming a reality. Back when Rick Famuyiwa was involved and before being attached to The Flash, he was noted to have started following a number of accounts, including Zack Snyder and Ben Affleck as well. While Famuyiwa has since left the production due to creative differences, we only hope something doesn’t hinder in Cleese being involved. Only time will tell of any announcement.

In the meantime, enjoy some of Cleese’s work in Fawlty Towers:
