WONDER WOMAN Cast Respond To Internet Trolls

    By James HaddenJune 12, 2017

Back in the old days, if you wanted to find a troll, you would look under a bridge. Now however, it’s simply a case of logging onto the internet as one can be found on any message board or comments section. One such film which has been the subject of Trolling is Warner Bros. latest entry into the DCEU, Wonder Woman. Now, in an attempt to combat this, several of the film’s stars have released a video respond to the comments.

The video was created via the site, Bustle.com, with the interviewer presenting some of the internet’s slightly more petty criticism to the film’s director, Patty Jenkins and members of the cast including Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen and Danny Huston.

You can check out the video below:

Some of the comments being made seem to pretty laughable in their pettiness – but it’s good to see that the cast are able to laugh them off and respond with intelligent answers. It probably should be noted that their were likely much worse comments out there on the net but in truth, something’s are better if you don’t see them.

Some of the controversy which was raised over the course of the film’s production range from Gal’s appearance and acting ability, to her characters lack of armpit hair (yes, really!) and the female-only screening which angered the insecure men of the internet.

You can check out a video of Gal and Chris addressing some of these issues below.

You can still find Wonder Woman in theaters, where it is looking as though it will have yet another successful weekend. It certainly appears as though it will beat Tom Cruise’s The Mummy, which isn’t a good start for the upcoming Dark Universe series.

What do you think? Do you have any criticisms with the film? Will you be checking it out? Let us know below!
