Thanos’ Retirement Unravels In ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Footage – That Only A Few People Saw

Last week, Disney Shareholders got to see a sneak peek of the much anticipated sequel to last year’s record-shattering Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame. And lucky for us, someone who saw that footage decided to share some descriptions. Be forewarned, possible Avengers: Endgame spoilers ahead.

Nebula gives some insight as to what Thanos plans on doing, and more specifically where he’s going post-snapture.

According to the source, the surviving Avengers – including Captain Marvel – are all rounded up at HQ and are discussing how to find Thanos. Nebula speaks up, saying, “I know where he is.”

While the source didn’t quite catch everything in the clip, it does tell us that Nebula and Tony made it back to Earth and have met up with the rest of the team. How? Well, we may have to wait a little longer on that. Best guess so far is that it was rumored Rocket Raccoon would have a centered role in the upcoming film, and given his skills in tinkering, perhaps he found a way to track the ship and bring them home. Again, we may have to wait a little longer to find out.

The source also claims the ‘Daughter Of Thanos’ mentioned the location, but he didn’t quite catch it. After Nebula’s reveal of Thanos’ plans, it is said that the source believes he heard, Rhodey chime in with, “Nice, Thanos has a retirement plan.”

An earlier rumor of what occurred in this clip mentioned, “The Garden.” Between that and Thanos with his armor-clad scarecrow, perhaps we finally get a location, which would lend a hand in those with comic book knowledge to finding out just what kind of storyline we can expect next month.

This leaves some of us scratching our heads. As well as Tony not making an appearance in the footage, Bruce Banner and Scott Lang are nowhere to be found either. Could the boys be off working on Hank Pym’s Quantum Realm technology? Is this where the white suits come into play?

Avengers 4 Captain Marvel Concept Trailer

Captain Marvel didn’t answer quite as many questions and I had hoped, and truly left me even more puzzled for Endgame’s story. Between the new release, the Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer, and as much as possible about Endgame remaining under wraps, aren’t we all left wondering about what could come next?

We’ll find out more when Avengers: Endgame hits theaters everywhere on April 26th.
