Gina Carano’s birthday is coming up, and the ex-MMA fighter and actress apparently decided to celebrate with a night of drinking. She revealed as much in a new Instagram post, along with a photo without any makeup. As such, Carano fans can get a good look at her birthmark, which looks very much like a black eye.
When you consider the caption of her post begins with “I’m never drinking again,” it might be even easier to assume it’s a black eye. But luckily Gina Carano puts the record straight herself, explaining that it’s not a blackeye, simply just her birthmark.

Early bday celebration last night, headed to a baby shower about to look like that crazy auntie dressed in all black. Shameful. Don’t cancel me family I love you. (no it’s not a black eye, it’s a birthmark) I can’t even put on makeup right now. I need a beer. #hangoverremedies”

When you consider the actress’s former MMA history, it’s also easy to assume that her birthmark is a black eye. But that isn’t the case, it’s simply her birthmark, and it illustrates just how much of a crazy morning Gina Carano must be having after her night out. She also noted how she hopes her family doesn’t cancel her, a jab at most other social media users who, along with Disney, have essentially expelled the actress from mainstream Hollywood. In any case, she’s still managed to maintain a number of supporters, and she even has several projects in the works.
For example, fans will soon be able to see Gina Carano in an upcoming film titled Terror on the Prairie. This is just one of many projects she has in development, so while she won’t be appearing in The Mandalorian or any other Star Wars projects ever again, we’ll still be seeing plenty of Gina Carano for the foreseeable future.
