Marvel Studios has a number of major projects in the pipeline. These projects are set to further flesh out the Marvel Cinematic Universe, both in the form of major feature films and as television efforts. Now a leak of Marvel photos just revealed a big MCU spoiler that will no doubt play a major part in some of these projects moving forward.
The specific project that got spoiled, which will set the stage for this surprising development, is the upcoming MCU movie Thunderbolts. The film has already acquired plenty of attention from fans, especially those wondering about the stylized asterisk contained in the title, making the film “Thunderbolts*.”
Now, while the following spoiler doesn’t tackle the meaning behind the name, it does reveal another major aspect of the MCU that will be part of the film. As you can see below, via @DisTrackers on X, a photo leak revealed several Funko Pops for the new MCU film.

The photo contains several characters from the motion picture turned into Pops. One of these Pops, however, reveals an outfit design that was previously kept under wraps. Now fans know how The Sentry – a major character in Marvel Comics – will look in Thunderbolts.
Fans have already known that Sentry’s darker personality, The Void, would be the main villain of the movie. However, this glimpse at the Sentry Funko Pop reveals a bold comic-accurate costume that Lewis Pullman’s character will be wearing. It’s clear that Marvel Studios wants to get their portrayal of Sentry correct, especially if the character plays as big of a role in the MCU as he does in the comics.
