With nearly a decade as one of Netflix‘s biggest properties, the hit series Stranger Things is officially coming to an end. The upcoming fifth season of the popular series will be the final season of the hit show, and as fans can see below, Netflix has finally dropped the full official trailer for Stranger Things Season 5.
It’s definitely bittersweet seeing the series come to an end. After all, fans have watched the show’s core cast members grow up along with the series, and many of them have moved onto other major productions in the years since. Now, however, they’ll be able to give Stranger Things the send-off it deserves while concluding the show’s main storyline.
In addition to the show’s protagonists aging in real-time along with the series, fans have seen a number of villains and revelations throughout the show’s history, and now everything is coming together for the big finale. Stranger Things first premiered nine years ago on Netflix, so it will definitely be a massive endeavor to see it come to an end.

The returning cast members for Stranger Things Season 5 include Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson, Brett Gelman, Cara Buono, and Jamie Campbell Bower. Newcomers for the season include Linda Hamilton, Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly, and Alex Breaux.
The first four episodes of the fifth season of Stranger Things will be released via Netflix on November 26. The next three episodes will then be available to stream the following month on December 25. Fans will finally be able to experience the Stranger Things series finale on December 31.
