It’s sadly been confirmed that Irish singer Sineád O’Connor has died at age 56. Fans of O’Connor will recognize her for her 1990 hit song “Nothing Compares 2 U” which was written and composed by Prince. As noted by Deadline, a statement regarding her death was released by her family to Irish TV and radio broadcaster RTÉ. Kevin Spacey was facing nine charges at a UK trial, including sexual assault, for alleged acts that took place between 2001 and 2013. The acts were said to be made against four different men. Now, as of July 26, 2023, Kevin Spacey has been found not guilty at the trial. In addition to Barbie, Christopher Nolan’s new film Oppenheimer has been a hit with audiences.
