It’s been a busy few days for the Star-Spangled Avenger, first we got a fresh glimpse of what’s a comin’ with the Super Bowl trailer (see below) then we saw the official website go live and now fresh spoilerlicious gossip is making the rounds online.

So at this point I urge you, don’t ruin your viewing experience (unless you see it in 3D then I don’t care as clearly neither do you) as Civil War is looking to be the knockout sequel to The Winter Soldier we all hoped for. But …if you’re like me and just can’t resist any new spoiler leaks then give in to your good wisdom and read the latest whispers of the interwebs on who WONT be making it out alive be the end credits.

It’s Spider-Man. Who knew? …nah I’m only kidding of course, the good folks over at Geek.com may have the scoop though. Sources close to the production have cited that the Brothers Russo are sticking close to the source material and sending Captain America into the Grimm Reaper’s scythe (or Crossbones sniper rifle and then shot by Sharon Carter if you read Fallen Son: The Death of Captain America) with Bucky ‘Winter Soldier’ Barnes possibly picking up his fallen friends duties (further production rumours suggest Sebastian Stan has already been fitted for a Cap costume)

Of course the Marvel Cinematic Universe can heavily deviate from its pulp counterparts so there’s still everything to play for come May (plus add a pinch of salt for good measure)
