In the same day where Kevin Conroy revealed his favorite live action Batman, the actor also revealed his thoughts on Heath Ledger’s Joker – as well as co-star Mark Hamill’s.
We were lucky enough to be in attendance of the panel at Stan Lee’s LA Comic Con (that we will have full audio of shortly), and here’s what the actor had to say:
“Mark Hamill, I thought was “hands down” the most incredible Joker. But then we saw what Heath Ledger did, and wow this just a crazy amount of crazy. He’s not better than Mark but he’s just another kind of crazy, you know.”
Heath Ledger’s performance as the character is regarded as one of the best ever in a movie, and the actor won an Oscar (posthumously) for Best Supporting Actor and Mark Hamill’s has received very high praise as well.
I think we can all agree that they were both amazing performances.
The duo was last seen in the very “meh” animated adaptation of The Killing Joke and are interested in adapting ‘A Death In The Family’ and ‘Hush’ next.
