Jamie Lee Curtis recently spoke about how terrifying the film was, saying:
“This movie is hella scary,” Curtis told the audience. “I just used a young person word and I’m almost 60. You guys tweet that I said hella.”
While also saying:
“[It’s] not the piece of s— Virus I made in the 1990s and I apologize for it.”
The hype is definitely real for the movie, as the filmmakers likely want it that way. Here’s hoping it can deliver.
The film’s only synopsis:
Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.
The trailer will be released Friday, while the film itself will hit theaters everywhere on October 19th.
