‘Avengers: Endgame’ Opening Night Audio Reactions Go Viral Again

In the desperate times of this global pandemic, we are all grasping at proverbial straws for some semblance or normalcy and sanity. As we are all stuck on a social distancing quarantine that has every form of entertainment outside of one’s home shut down indefinitely, we all huddle around our TVs, computers, and streaming services for amusement and nostalgia. One such thing that comic book movie fans are doing is revisiting the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Whether you’re hunkering down for a full 24 film viewing in either chronological or release date order, or you’re trying one of the newly suggested viewing orders, we all feel something for thees fantastic films. But, now some people are taking these emotions one step further, and reliving epic moments from the first theater experience for Avengers: Endgame.

Twitter has taken to reliving the opening night crowd’s reaction to seeing Captain America finally wield Thor’s hammer, Mjolnir, and proving his true worthiness in what would ultimately become the highest grossing movie of all time, Avengers: Endgame. The clip of peoples’ reaction is making the rounds and giving fans all the feels, as if it was the first time, all over again.

This moment is just one of many emotional moments in the 3 hour epic that cultivated over a decade of interwoven storyline the likes of which have never been done in Hollywood ever. The unprecedented success of the MCU and its connected film universe is one cherished by fans, and its one that is giving us all some comfort in these otherwise dark times. I personally have already rewatched all the films in chronological order, and now look to do it again. And, these crowd reactions bring back all the memories of opening night a year ago, sitting in a theater chock full of like minded fans, experiencing it all together for the first time.
