A new report from TheWrap says that Deathstroke will be the main villain in the upcoming Batman film!
Deathstroke will, in fact, be the main antagonist of the Batman standalone movie he’s directing, TheWrap has exclusively learned from an individual with knowledge of the situation.
Obviously, it’s just a rumor but it wasn’t exactly rocket science to piece this together given that Ben Affleck posted a video of Deathstroke on his Twitter.
Earlier in the week we posted a rumor about how David Ayer wanted to use Deathstroke in Suicide Squad 2, so that obviously could still potentially happen.

Fans are definitely going to be excited about the prospect of Deathstroke being in a movie, but a Batman movie? That makes it even better. The expectations for the upcoming solo Batman movie with Ben Affleck just got even higher, after it would have seemed like that wasn’t even possible.
Here’s hoping they deliver and give us the Batman movie we all know they’re capable of.
