A lot of news has come out in the past day in regards to the Deadpool sequel. With reports saying that Ryan Reynolds and Tim Miller had creative differences and some saying that they had an amicable split, you never really know what the truth is. There was also a tweet that Reynolds sent out that some deemed a shot at Miller.
Today, a fan made a petition asking for Quentin Tarantino to direct the sequel surfaced and after doing some digging, we found that Ryan Reynolds (back in 2009) actually named Tarantino as his dream choice to direct Deadpool:
“You think directors for a movie like this and you immediately picture [Quentin] Tarantino or somebody like that,” Reynolds told MTV News.
He added:
Obviously Tarantino is a guy that likes to direct his own material, so there’s a good chance he wouldn’t be the guy. We all have our lists of dream directors.”
This could definitely get interesting.
