    ‘Batgirl’ Set Photos Reveal Full Look At Brendan Fraser’s Firefly Costume

    We’ve already received several exciting looks at both Leslie Grace and Michael Keaton in the upcoming film Batgirl. Leslie Grace is playing the titular character, aka Barbara Gordon, and Michael Keaton will be playing Batman – otherwise known as Bruce Wayne. Of course, we haven’t seen much from the film’s supervillain side of things – until now, that is. Fans can finally get a good look at actor Brendan Fraser in his Firefly suit.

    The images were taken while shooting on Batgirl was taking place, and as such Brendan Fraser was in the midst of acting on top of a fire engine. We also see his stunt double right beside him, so it’s clear that things are going to be getting quite intense. The photos were also taken with Brendan Fraser’s mask both on and off.

    These are only our first looks at Brendan Fraser in his Firefly suit for the upcoming film, so hopefully we’ll have plenty more to keep an eye on. With several images revealing both Leslie Grace and Michael Keaton on the set of the film, it’s only a matter of time before more pictures of beloved actor Brendan Fraser make their way to the surface.     The upcoming Batgirl film will be co-directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. The film was written by Christina Hodson.

    Leslie Grace will star in the film as the titular Batgirl aka Barbara Gordon. J.K. Simmons will reprise his role as Commissioner Gordon from the DCEU. Actor Brendan Fraser has been cast as the supervillain Firefly. Michael Keaton will also play a role in the film, reprising his role as Batman. Jacob Scipio is also in the cast as a currently unconfirmed character.

    Batgirl is scheduled to be released sometime in 2023 on HBO Max.
