    ‘Daredevil’ Cast Member Throws Doubt On ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Return

    While it was unclear at one point whether or not he’d ever return, Charlie Cox’s Daredevil is finally back in the MCU. The fan-favorite character was first reintroduced in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Then, after being brought back to the mainstream Marvel Cinematic Universe, Charlie Cox’s Daredevil has since appeared on She-Hulk. He’s set to make a similar guest appearance on Echo before receiving a new solo series – Daredevil: Born Again. Similarly, his Daredevil co-star Vincent D’Onofrio will likewise be returning for Daredevil: Born Again after several other MCU appearances. Unfortunately, it looks like certain other Daredevil cast members might not be making such a return.

    Specifically, Daredevil cast member Deborah Ann Woll has cast doubt regarding whether or not she’ll be returning for Daredevil: Born Again. Many fans thought she was guaranteed to be reprising her role for the upcoming series. Especially with the knowledge that Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio would be. But it looks like things won’t be that simple.

    As you can see below, one Daredevil fan asked for clarification whether or not she’d be making a return like other original cast members for the new show. Unfortunately, Deborah Ann Woll hasn’t been informed about being brought back.

    Of course, she does seem eager to come back. So, with that in mind, perhaps Marvel Studios will still attempt to reach out before production begins. Otherwise, we might be seeing a number of recasts for the upcoming Disney Plus series Daredevil: Born Again. This would make the new series less of a continuation and more of a reboot. Then again, it’s also possible that Deborah Ann Woll is trying to hide her involvement. Only time will tell.

    The highly-anticipated Disney Plus series Daredevil: Born Again is scheduled to be released in early 2024. As such, fans can stay tuned to ScreenGeek for additional updates as we have them.
