Since Deadpool has been injected into the mainstream consciousness, the next obvious would be the Merch with the Mouth to host an episode of Saturday Night Live. A petition on change.org has popped up and asking your signature for Ryan Reynolds to host the show as the character Deadpool. No one has hosted the show in character but there’s always a first time for anything. The petition is already at about 55,000 signatures. So let’s make this happen, folks. If they like what they see, Season 3 could get green lit for the awesome animated show. Ryan Reynolds decided to crash some press time with Hugh Jackman and interview the X-men star about his newest film, Eddie and Eagle. A few mentions of the film are exchange but the real humor is when both actors decide to poke fun at one another and X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The chemistry is still there and hopefully this can somehow lead to Reynolds playing Deadpool in Jackman’s last go around as the Wolverine character in Wolverine 3. So the trailer for Kindergarten Cop 2 starring Dolph Lundgren is out and of course it’s straight to DVD or Digital Download. The sequel follows the same tropes as the first one only this time; this bad ass action hero is in the search of codes…or something. And we get Bill Bellamy because, why not? Most of the jokes fall flat but it’s nice that Lundgren try his hand at staring in a comedy. Just wish it was something that would cater to his personality.
