It looks like Warner Bros. is satisfied with Margot Robbie’s portrayal of Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad because the character is now getting her own spin-off movie. Steven Spielberg recently said that he thinks that superhero films will eventually go the way of the Western and disappear completely. It looks like Supergirl has been renewed for a second season – but not with CBS. The show will head over to The CW and join shows like The Flash and Arrow, a move that was somewhat expected. IGN sat down with Captain America screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely and asked them why Tony Stark recruited Spider-Man over other characters such as Charlie Cox (Daredevil). It appears that the pattern to take the X-Men through random periods of time (X-Men: First Class and Days of Future Past) will be continuing. In a recent comment made to ComingSoon.net, producer Simon Kinberg had this to say: “The next one is set in the ’90s.” While it’s not entirely clear what the producer even meant, this is definitely an interesting comment.
