One of the most interesting things about this year’s IT Movie was definitely Bill Skarsgård’s performance as Pennywise the Clown. It was universally praised, even by Stephen King himself. There hasn’t really been a deep behind the scenes look at the performance though, until now. A new featurette titled Pennywise Lives has been released, and it’s definitely a very in-depth look at Skarsgård’s portrayal of the iconic clown: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NqsWiWkTwCg&feature=youtu.be That wasn’t the only interesting thing to hit the internet this week, as an alternate ending for the film made its way online as well. Personally, I thought it would have been a…

Ben Affleck’s performances as Bruce Wayne/Batman and as Christian Wolff in 2016’s The Accountant are regarded as pretty good by most film fans. Obviously, there have been jokes that The Accountant is secretly a Batman vs. Punisher movie because Jon Bernthal is also in it, but now, singer John Mayer has taken it a step further, saying: “Here we go: it’s a Bruce Wayne origin story. We see that he is both trained in fighting and accounting. His father was shot. His trailer/storage space is the first bat-cave. He is beginning to acquire great wealth. His brother will become his arch…

Hugh Jackman’s performance as Wolverine in FOX’s X-Men is a fan favorite and regarded as iconic at this point. He cemented his legacy as the Marvel character in Logan, in what many deem as the perfect send-off. In a recent interview with Cinema Blend, Jackman revealed how he felt the exact moment he knew he was done: “The moment I had the thought, I was super charged, super excited, absolutely sure I wouldn’t play it again and very nervous, because it’s 17 years.” In a separate interview with Variety, Jackman said: “I went home and I said to Deb on…

Sure, Nicolas Cage does a lot of terrible movies these days, but every once in a while, he turns in a golden performance. Mom and Dad looks to have that same potential. Yes, that’s right. Nicolas Cage was doing the Hokey Pokey with a sledgehammer. There are quite a few theories out there regarding Avengers: Infinity War, as is the case with pretty much every Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, or comic book movie for that matter. The latest one, however, is definitely an interesting one, as it speculates who could be the secret weapon The Avengers need to take down Thanos! The theory comes courtesy of a user on Reddit, who speculates that it could be Mantis, as the character has spent years practicing to put a celestial to sleep. This is definitely intriguing, and it’ll be interesting to see what actually happens in the…

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is definitely a film that’s gotten all kinds of discussion, both positive and negative. While critics praised the film, the audience seemed divided, as evident by the difference in critic and audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. Some fans who didn’t like the movie noticed that, and have launched a petition to shut down the website – for the positive reviews. The petition reads: Rotten Tomatoes has a very flawed aggregate rating system. Take for example the Critic’s Ratings for Star Wars: The Last Jedi (93%), Ghostubusters [sic] (73%) and Sharknando [sic] (82%). All of these movies got high ratings but from…

There are obvious Star Wars: The Last Jedi spoilers in this article! Star Wars: The Last Jedi is easily the most talked about and overly dissected movie of 2017. It seems as though Star Wars fans either absolutely loved or hated the movie – and aren’t shy about it. If you’ve seen the movie, you know that Holdo (played by Laura Dern) crashes her ship at light-speed into a First Order destroyer to release the escape on the ship. At that moment, all sound is cut in the movie – something director Rian Johnson intentionally did. Some fans, however, apparently…
