A Punisher solo Netflix series was announced after the outstanding reputation of Frank Castle’s (John Bernthal) debut in the new season of Daredevil. On July 18th, 2016 at 3:30am, Baltimore Police Department captured surveillance of a parked patrol car struck by a driver of an RAV4, who turned out to be distracted by the very app. The driver came out, telling the officers “That’s what I get for playing this dumb ass game”.
