10 years and 19 films in, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has made a very compact universe with many creative outlets in director styles and tones. Even the most planned out and studio-pressed choices can never align the full 100% with creative differences from the independent movies and the identities they wish to keep. Even the pen-holders of the upcoming blockbuster film admit that there are inconsistencies in the MCU that they can’t fully…

Based off Clive Barker’s original novella The Hellbound Heart, Hellraiser took the horror world by storm in 1987 and was an immediate cult classic among the ranks of Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street and Halloween with its icons of horror. A fascinating entry into the world of terror, Hellraiser focused on the presence of human conflict and the blurred line of beauty and disgusting in its tone, only with the antagonists presented as the Cenobites as the enigmatic icing on the cake. Showing less of the likes of Pinhead was what made the character so interesting and the…

With the mustache fiasco still taunted at with Justice League/Mission: Impossible – Fallout seems to be really getting a lot more attention over this element than anything the film has been giving us. While it did affect us comic book fans with a gratuitous amount of wonky CGI to smother the removal of Henry Cavill’s mustache in the reshoots, we can’t help but ask: would it have really been that bad to keep it? A lot was spent on there and with the catastrophic bombing at the box office, something could have still been saved with how many numbers were…

The Hollywood Reporter has released an update that Brad Pitt will be joining the movie.
