Two things about me: I'm British, I have a beard and I can't count...

It is widely believed that 1995’s Scream revolutionized the Slasher genre as we know it. Before Wes Craven’s film came along, Slasher films were stuck in a cycle of endless cycle of sequels where the only thing that changed was the number at the end of the title . While this sadly also became true of franchise itself, it can’t be denied that it doesn’t have a hand in current day horror films. While the franchise is currently enjoying a fairly successful run on the small screen, there’s no word on whether it will return to the big one. However that…

Outside of Zombies, the number one spookiest things in Horror films has got to be creepy kids even going so far back as 1960’s Village of the Damned. Since then we have seen this happen in The Omen, Children of the Corn, The Exorcist, The Shining, right the way through to The Orphan (although technically that i guess that guess wou really count). But it looks like this trope is still going strong as the trailer for upcoming film The Prodigy shows. The Prodigy comes from director Nicholas McCarthy, best known for 2012’s The Pact and stars Orange is the…

James Wan may be looking to dip his toes in the superhero waters later this year with DC’s Aquaman, but that hasn’t stopped him from continuing to make waves in the world of Horror. Back before Avengers: Infinity War hit theaters, many pieces of the film’s toyline hinted that Thanos would end up wielding a pretty imposing double bladed sword in the film’s climax (seriously, it appeared with at least two toys!). However – by the time the credits rolled, the weapon was no where to be seen, not that he needed it of course. Now, thanks to some recently leaked Avengers 4 concept art however, we can get an idea of what it would have been like. We don’t know who actually produced the art of the weapon, but it recently surfaced on…

One of the things that I find incredible about the MCU is how even the smallest of characters have come back for multiple appearances over the franchise’s 10 year history. One such character is Howard Stark, who has now appeared in four MCU films with three of these appearances featuring John Slattery in the role (The same number of times Cavill played Superman) something which may very well become four – if a recent rumor regarding Avengers 4 is to be believed. Read on to find out more, but be warned – there be spoilers. A recent report from That…
