Earlier this week, some surprising news was revealed, as it was said that Tom Holland’s Spider-Man would be in the upcoming Venom movie. Sony has moved forward with a Venom movie starring Tom Hardy, and much to the surprise of many fans (myself included) it’s actually began filming and will be here in October. It’s been known for some time now that Carnage will be the villain in the upcoming Venom movie starring Tom Hardy. There hasn’t been many updates on the character or who will be playing him, though some have speculated that it could be Woody Harrelson. One thing that many fans are annoyed about with the upcoming Venom movie is that it won’t have Spider-Man. With Spider-Man being an obviously key character for Venom and the Lethal Protector storyline that the movie is based on, it’s a little confusing how that might work.
