Captain Marvel will be with us soon enough when it hits theaters this March, but that hasn’t stopped fans from trying to find any type of detail they can on the film. The latest detail that has been found is small – but still something that comic book fans will be interested to hear about. It involves none other than Carol Danvers’ cat. In the source material, the cat is named Chewie, as Danvers is a big Star Wars fan. In the upcoming movie, it appears that the cat’s name will be Goose – inspired by Top Gun. Fun day…

Avengers 4 is less than a year away, but fans are still asking questions about the events of Avengers: Infinity War. One question that seems to pop up is about the lack of Captain America in the film. It’s been said that the next film will feature quite a bit of him, as he was one of the heroes to survive Thanos’ snap – along with Black Widow. These two characters will apparently be different the next time we see them, however. As director Joe Russo explained to Wired: “We’ve been fortunate enough to grow [Black Widow] over three films:…

Avengers: Infinity War featured an ending that pretty much everyone anywhere has been talking about since the film released last April. If you haven’t seen it yet, you shouldn’t be here, as that’s what we’ll be discussing. If you have seen it, you know that Thanos snapped his fingers while wearing the Infinity Gauntlet, and turned half of of the universe to dust. It turns out, however, that it almost looked different than what we ended up seeing. VFX director Dan Deleeuw recently spoke to Screen Rant, revealing: “[It] made sense that all six stones are combined now, [so] what…

James Gunn was fired by Disney last month, and it’s been a very hot topic of discussion ever since. It’s about to get talked about even more, as Chris Pratt – aka Star-Lord in the Guardians of the Galaxy films, has opened up on the subject. It’s no surprise that he’s very disappointed, as he and other MCU actors came forward to support the director. While speaking to AP, Pratt revealed: “It’s not an easy time. We all love James and he’s a good friend of ours, but we also really love playing the Guardians of the Galaxy. It’s a…

The Nun is on the minds of many horror fans, as it’s not very long at all until it’s released next month. We’ve been given a few teasers and a trailer that features some jump scares, but the teaser that was recently banned from YouTube for being too terrifying is on a whole new level. If you’re a fan of jump scares, you’re definitely going to enjoy it. If you’re not – don’t watch it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DR-K9zOd-Bc&feature=youtu.be The reaction to the teaser was probably what the filmmakers hoped for: (1/?)To go into more detail about my previous tweet, there is an…

Ruby Rose was recently cast as Batwoman for The CW, becoming the first openly lesbian superhero character to lead a series. Most seemed pretty positive about the casting, but as is the usual case, Twitter found something to complain about. The hate over her casting came from from people saying that the actress “wasn’t gay enough” as well as a few other complaints – and it ultimately ended up with the actress deleting her account entirely. She posted this message before leaving: “Where on earth did ‘Ruby is not a lesbian therefore she can’t be Batwoman’ come from — has…

Avengers: Infinity War definitely lived up to its high expectations that were set by MCU fans when it was released this past April. It left us with a cliffhanger ending that has had people talking since they saw it, which is obviously smart on the part of Marvel Studios, as now everyone can’t wait to see what happens in Avengers 4. It turns out, however, that the film could have been even better – as far as humorous cameos are concerned. It turns out that none other than Howard the Duck was set to appear in the film – but…

This year’s Venom movie won’t feature Spider-Man (we think) but that hasn’t stopped fans from hoping and theorizing that the character could join the Sony Marvel Universe down the line – and be played by none other than Andrew Garfield. We actually had a theory about this a couple of years ago, before Tom Hardy was even confirmed for the title role. This happening is still a pretty big long shot, but it’s pretty cool to think about. If the Sony movies aren’t going to use Tom Holland’s Spider-Man, then they should definitely cast an older version of the character…
