A new poster for Avengers: Infinity War was released at D-23 this past weekend and it features Thanos wielding the Infinity Gauntlet! Check it out below: Avengers: Infinity War poster from D23! What do you think of Thanks Crunchers? pic.twitter.com/xccHCJdxNX — Couch Crunchers (@CouchCrunchers) July 15, 2017 An interesting thing to point out is that, this picture is similar to the other image we were given of Thanos, in which he does not have his helmet on: Thanos in the @MarvelStudios #D23Expo2017 booth. #AvengersInfinityWar 😱 pic.twitter.com/Hdte1wOK85 — DailySuperHero.com (@DailySuperHero) July 14, 2017 There was also reportedly ‘mind-blowing’ footage screened at…

One thing that Marvel fans have been waiting for since 2008 is a standalone Hulk film. That’s not to say that the one with Edward Norton wasn’t good, because it was a servicable Hulk film. It’s just that Norton was replaced by Ruffalo after he and Marvel Studios had some disagreements, and we haven’t gotten a solo Hulk film since. Don’t expect that to change, either – according to some comments yesterday from Ruffalo when asked by Variety: “I just want to make one thing perfectly clear today that a standalone Hulk movie will never happen. Because Universal has the…
While it hasn’t been released to the general public, the first footage from Avengers: Infinity War was revealed at the D-23 Expo today, and it sounds like it’s going to be great! Here’s a description of the footage: We’ll learn more about Thor and the Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok, but the Infinity War trailer opened with the Asgardian being flung against the windshield of the Milano, the ship commanded by Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) from Guardians of the Galaxy. “Get it off!” shouts Rocket (voiced by Bradley Cooper), as though a particularly ugly bug had been smushed there. Mantis (Pom Klementieff)…
All kinds of new stuff is being revealed at the upcoming D-23 Expo, but one early thing we’ve had the pleasure of seeing is Thanos from the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War film. Check out the new picture below: Thanos in the @MarvelStudios #D23Expo2017 booth. #AvengersInfinityWar 😱 pic.twitter.com/Hdte1wOK85 — DailySuperHero.com (@DailySuperHero) July 14, 2017 As far as a trailer, it could be a while according to Kevin Feige: “It’s a good question. I’m not sure. I think it would be late summer, early, mid fall? Ragnarok, probably.” Infinity War could also be the end of some key Avengers – according to…
When The Batman was in the early stages of development, it was initially Ben Affleck writing and directing the film, in addition to starring in the lead role. It was determined that Batman was too important a property for Ben Affleck to handle on his own, as he wanted the film to have the best possible outcome in the end, and he stepped away from the director’s chair. Per Affleck: “There are certain characters who hold a special place in the hearts of millions, Performing this role demands focus, passion and the very best performance I can give. It has…
If you haven’t seen Wonder Woman yet, then you probably didn’t bother clicking on this link. If you have, however, you might be pleased to know that a certain unexpected character may be returning for the sequel. Obvious spoilers ahead. A new report from Screen Rant claims that Chris Pine’s character could actually return in the sequel! “According to production details Screen Rant has learned, the story of Wonder Woman 2 will be another historical adventure prior to the modern day DCEU. Set during the 1980s, the film will send Diana against the forces of Soviet Union in the closing days of…
Marvel’s Logan was released earlier this year, and so far, in my opinion, out of all of the comic book movies released this year – it was my favorite. That’s not to say that Wonder Woman and Spider-Man: Homecoming weren’t great, because they were, it’s just that wanting to see an R-Rated version of Wolverine was much higher on my list of priorities, and the fact that it delivered (in the opening scene nonetheless) made it even better. If you haven’t seen Logan yet (why the hell are you even here?!), there are obvious spoilers that follow. For those of…
A new promotional image for the upcoming Marvel Team Up series ‘The Defenders’ has been released, and it’s sure to get fans talking. So far we’ve only been given one trailer, but I’m sure something will be released for the series at this month’s San Diego Comic Con, as well as something for the upcoming Punisher series. One thing we most likely won’t be given? A potential Defenders and Avengers crossover, as Daredevil actor Charlie Cox revealed that he hasn’t even been contacted about that possibility, as of last November: “I’d love that too. Those Easter eggs are thrilling to…
Back in April, details for a New Warriors series were released, stating the following: “New Warriors revolves around six young people with powers living and working together. With powers and abilities on the opposite end of the spectrum of The Avengers, the New Warriors want to make a difference in the world…even if the world isn’t ready. With Freeform focused on a group dubbed “becomers” — those experiencing a series of firsts in life, including first loves and first jobs — New Warriors explores the journey into adulthood, except in this world, they’re not quite super and not yet heroes and…
Spider-Man: Homecoming hit theaters this past weekend, and it’s safe to say that the film is a success both commercially and critically. The film’s buzz has brought back memories of 2002’s Spider-Man which starred Tobey Maguire as the title character, and Willem Dafoe as the Green Goblin. Personally, I don’t really think the film has aged all that well, and I never really liked The Green Goblin’s costume for the film. Well, some behind-the-scenes video has re-surfaced, showing that we could have had a much different look for the character, a look more in line with the comics. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEZBhL5lpqg&feature=youtu.be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fXAGC_B2Ys&feature=youtu.be…
