Netflix CCO, Ted Sarandos, has promised us a new season of a Marvel show every six months. So far, we’ve had two seasons of Daredevil, and one of Jessica Jones. Later this year, we’ll have Luke Cage. And some time next year will be Iron Fist. It is reported that season two of Jessica Jones and The Defenders, a team-up of the aforementioned heroes, will film back to back. There is also rumors of more heroes being lined up for shows, like Moon Knight, and Punisher (hot off his appearance in season two of Daredevil). Though, while Daredevil has been…

Waves of information are coming to shore from the next Spider-Man flick, sub-titled Homecoming. With rumors of actors and characters, including those of Micheal Keaton and Vincent D’Onofrio, it looks like Marvel Studios will have another hit on their hands. But all this hub-bub, especially since we just got our first hint of the new guy, lets us forget that Sony still has other Spider-Man projects in development. There’s that solo Venom feature, not affiliated with the MCU. There will also be that theatrically released animated film. Heroic Hollywood tells us that there are two, rumored, working titles for the…

What? Steve Rogers is, and has always been a Hydra agent? I’m just as shocked as everyone else with this news. Everyone, including Steve Rogers himself: Chris Evans. Hydra?!?!? #sayitaintso — Chris Evans (@ChrisEvans) May 26, 2016 Therealstanlee.com says that, in the new title, Captain America: Steve Rogers, Cap turned on his sidekick, Jack Flag, throwing him out of a plane, right before hollering “Hail Hydra!” Furthermore, Rogers’s mother joined Hydra when he was little, influencing him from a young age. This almost sounds like Grant Ward’s arc in Agents of SHIELD. When he betrayed his teammates, it was revealed…

In a previous article, I mentioned my theory that Sony will reprise Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man in their solo Venom film, reported to be separate from the MCU. Some of you thought that was preposterous. Especially since Tom Holland did such a stellar job in Captain America: Civil War. But, what if? That’s right. Like the old Marvel title, “What If?” It invited readers to open up their minds, and imagine things like, “What if Jane Foster Had Found The Hammer Of Thor?” (Which she did just a few years ago, around the second Secret Wars, when the God[dess] of…

“I read a fantastic script that was action-packed and full of great characters,” Karl Urban told Scott Collura with IGN. He was talking about the script for Thor: Ragnarok. It has been announced that the Dredd actor will play bad guy, Skurge the Executioner. “When I heard who was involved — and the cast list dropped yesterday — and [saw] the opportunity to work with [director] Taika Waititi, who I think is one of the most brilliant directors coming through, I made the decision it was something that I wanted to be a part of. And the character is fantastic.…

Marvel announced their Phase 3 slate of films at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood, back in October of 2014. They previewed a timeline with the movie logos. Captain America 3 had the subtitle, Serpent Society, as a joke, before eventually dropping the bomb that it would be an adaptation of Civil War. Kevin Feige and pals may have been joking about using the snake-themed baddies for a Captain America movie. But they’ll still be in the MCU, after all. The next Netflix/Marvel show will be Luke Cage. It has been reported that his main antagonist will be…

News recently came in of new cast members added to Thor: Ragnarok. Among those are Jeff Goldblum (Jurassic Park) as Grandmaster, and Karl Urban (Dredd) as Skurge the Executioner. “The continuation of the epic Thor franchise will be powerful and unique, and with the additions of Cate, Jeff, Tessa, Karl, and Mark to the cast we have the makings of his most dangerous and heroic adventure yet,” said Marvel Studios head, Kevin Feige. “The sheer, raw talent each of these actors brings to the screen can’t be quantified. Having any one of them join the Marvel Cinematic Universe would…

What if Perry White decided to pass over Lois Lane and Clark Kent, and give his biggest scoop to Jimmy Olsen? That scoop being that one of Flash’s Boom Tubes have been found. Olsen gets in the Tube, and travels over to the Marvel Universe. While there, he takes on Galactus. That’s exactly how I feel. The other day, ScreenGeek was tipped from an anonymous source close to the situation that Marvel Studios was considering having Vincent D’Onofrio reprise his role from the Netflix series, Daredevil, in next year’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. What do you know, that report found its way…
