Captain Marvel presents a unique film for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It offers an origin story done differently than that rest of the 20+ films so far from Marvel, as well as the first female led film from the studio. It also offers us our first look at the most powerful hero in the MCU, and it is set in the 90’s, a time not yet explored in the films. But, the movie is garnering some comparisons to another space based superhero flick, just not one in the MCU. We’re talking, of course, of the Ryan Reynolds bomb, Green Lantern!…

But, in typical MCU fashion, the studio has been extremely tight lipped when it comes to…

Marvel fans have had a bit of a bittersweet year when it comes to content. While the Marvel Cinematic Universe released arguably their two best films to date with Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War (and I would even through Ant-Man and the Wasp into that mix), we saw the Marvel Netflix series get canceled in droves. And, while Iron Fist and Luke Cage weren’t overly surprising, the canceling of Daredevil was incredibly shocking, especially coming of its best season yet, and one that had firmly established a Season 4. Now, the only to Marvel series left are Jessica Jones…
