Luke Cage is no more – at least not at Netflix. The streaming giant decided to cancel the Marvel series only a week after they pulled the plug on Iron Fist, though this move is a little more surprising than that one. Though Luke Cage wasn’t the best of the Marvel Netflix shows, it wasn’t nearly as bad as Iron Fist. A case could be made though that both seasons dragged on more than they should have, though. While the new Halloween movie is getting plenty of great reviews, there were a few people who didn’t enjoy the movie, which is fine, movies are obviously subjective. The new Halloween movie hits theaters this week, and with that, the early reviews are here. There were some released after an early screening in August, but now they’re all here – and they suggest a great return for the franchise, as it looks to be the highest reviewed entry in the franchise since the original. Marvel’s Iron Fist has officially been cancelled by Netflix after only two seasons. The show’s first season had terrible reviews, and while the second season was perceived better, it appears that Season 1 really shut viewers off of ever tuning back in again. Alien is the type of property that could easily have a TV series, and enough fans for it to be successful.
