New York Comic Con wrapped last weekend. And L.A. Comic Con was this weekend. But there was another con that just happened. ACE ComiCon in Rosemont, Illinois invited guests Kit Harrington, Gwendoline Christie, Tom Holland, Brie Larson, Tessa Thompson, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Chris Hemsworth. At a panel, Hemsworth was asked what he thought about Captain America lifting his hammer in Avengers: Endgame. Evidently, Thor wasn’t too happy. Comicbook.com reported that when asked, Hemsworth said he was, “Uh, pretty angry, yeah. I’m sick of people picking up that hammer, to be honest. It’s playing with my toys, you know, it’s like…

While fans prepare for what Woody Harrelson will have in store for Tom Hardy, they can read the battle between Venom and Carnage in Absolute Carnage. I sure hope there are people anticipating Venom 2. Yet, it seems like many fanboys don’t care for Marvel outside of Disney. In any case, while everyone has a symbiote except for Eddie Brock now, the former Venom host finds himself a new weapon: Captain America’s shield. Donny Cates is a superstar scribe at this point. Alongside his Silver Surfer Black, he’s been writing Absolute Carnage. However, he let Immortal Hulk writer, Al Ewing,…

Martin Scorsese said that Marvel movies are like “theme parks.” But what about these rides at theme parks? It’s looking like they will actually put you in the movies. The Void will offer a VR experience called Avengers: Damage Control. And now, Disneyland has a ride that looks to rival what The Void offers for the Avengers. In their Avengers Campus parks, they will include an Avengers ride that will put you right in the action. Blog Mickey described Disney’s newest ride at their upcoming Avengers Campus. The Portfolio Creative Executive at Walt Disney Imagineering, Scot Drake, visited with fans…

Crisis On Infinite Earths is gearing up to be the most anticipated crossover ever. People thought Avengers: Endgame was huge. But this CW event will not only star actors from their DC shows but from other pieces of DC history as well. So since we have multiple Supermen, it looks like we’ll have a few Batmen as well. Not bad for something that started off trying to avoid DC’s heaviest hitters. Kevin Conroy will reprise his role from Batman: The Animated Series. And now, Michael Keaton’s face will also be in the event. Arrowverse_DC tweeted the appearance from the upcoming…

Martin Scorsese had a few choice words to say about comic book movies. In case you missed it, he said they weren’t “cinema,” and compared them to “theme parks.” He wasn’t too specific on which comic book movies he was talking about. With his comments, it was probably a blanket statement. Though, he was a producer on Joker but quietly left. Yet, as popular as the Marvel movies are, people assumed he was talking about them. Howard Stern asked Robert Downey Jr his opinion. And Sam Jackson, one of the other big faces of the MCU, gave his response. But…

After Nat died in Avengers: Endgame, we’ll get to see her one last time in a prequel movie. Black Widow is said to take place between the events of Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. Fans are also hoping to see the vacation she and Hawkeye spent in Budapest. In which that obviously took place before The Avengers. Though between the Civil and Infinity Wars, she was with Cap’s Secret Avengers. However, this movie is amping up to feature two other Black Widows, Red Guardian, Thunderbolt Ross, and Taskmaster. Before, we only had leaked set photos to go…

When Venom was released, many fans complained that the film lacked Spider-Man. Eddie Brock’s origin from the comics involved the wall-crawler, therefore, moviegoers wanted something accurate. Although Tom Holland was playing Spider-Man in the MCU, Sony couldn’t just stick him in Venom. I don’t claim to know the necessary legal rights behind that. But fast-forward to this year, and it sounds like Tom Holland will be able to swing back and forth between each respective universe. We might get to see this new deal bear fruit when Venom 2 arrives next year. And to cause further speculation, the Venom actor…

Avengers: Endgame has been available on home release for some time now. Since then, fans have taken to the Reddit boards and sharing their discoveries upon rewatch. There’s a hiccup in Cap’s fight with Obsidian Cull. Another hiccup with Giant-Man. And another observation of how brutal Giant Man’s tactics are. Now, another Reddit user has pointed out Captain America’s lesson he learned from Thor’s mistakes. I always get a kick out of these Reddit names. This post comes from u/Uneeda-Slap. The fan pointed out that, once Cap acquired Mjolnir, he made sure to get at Thanos’s head whenever he could.…

Marvel has captured the hearts of many ages. There’s something for everyone; from the mature shows on Netflix to the cartoons Disney Channel offers. And we can all agree on the movies. Well, at least all Marvel fans can agree on them. And what’s really great is when the fandom bridges generations. Here, we see a parent sharing the joy of Marvel via the Hulk. Paddy Raff shared a video on Twitter. It is of his two-year-old daughter’s reaction to seeing the Hulk transform for the first time. https://twitter.com/paddyraffcomedy/status/1181867636243738625 Some depictions of the Hulk have dabbled in the horror genre.…

You know those pictures that say “you had only one job?” Or what about the knock-off toys that feature their own version of the Avengers? Sets including Iron Man, Shrek, and Goku? That hilarity usually comes from those knock-offs. But it looks like this comes licensed from the official company.  And somebody within that company blew the only job they had. In a new set of toys, there are pieces to build your own Avengers. You can even build “Thonas.” I wonder who that guy is. Is he a new villain? Perhaps Thonas will be Thanos’s brother seeking revenge in…
