The creative minds behind many of Marvel’s best hits, the Russo Brothers, are stepping into unmarked territory by adapting the cult classic film The Warriors into a hour-long episodic series for Hulu. The Warriors, a 1979 film adaptation of the novel of the same name was directed by Walter Hill. Warner Bros. has been trying to develop an Akira adaptation since 2002, and most recently rumors have circulated that they want Fast & Furious’ and Star Trek Beyond’s director Justin Lin to direct.
